The narcissus, often referred to as “white gold,” is the iconic flower of the Aubrac plateau. Harvested in late spring, it is transported to Grasse for use in the perfume industry. On Aubracian knives, this flower is artistically represented with a carved narcissus replacing the traditional bee motif.
