Laguiole en Aubrac Folding Knife Double Plates N°2 features a meticulously crafted Damascus brushed stainless steel blade. The handle showcases a heather channel design, with a fly that is hand-forged and intricately chiselled from brushed stainless steel. The spring is also forged and guilloché, with a hand-brushed finish. This knife includes double hand-engineered plates, also in brushed stainless steel. When closed, the knife measures 12 cm, with a blade length of 10 cm, and extends to 22 cm when open.
