Laguiole en Aubrac Folding Knife
Featuring a 12C27 polished stainless steel blade with a tab, this knife boasts a carbon handle and two polished stainless steel bolsters. It includes a hand-forged and intricately chiseled fly, along with a hand-carved spring crafted from shiny stainless steel. The knife also showcases simple hand-guilloché turntables in polished stainless steel. When closed, the knife measures 12 cm, with a blade length of 10 cm, and extends to 22 cm when open.

Your Laguiole knife is crafted by the skilled artisans at the Laguiole en Aubrac workshop. The blades, springs, solid stainless steel bolsters, and pins are all forged in-house at Laguiole en Aubrac.
