The handle of this Laguiole knife is crafted from Paperwave, a contemporary material composed of tinted corrugated cardboard infused with resin. This unique combination results in a striking scale-like texture with beautiful shades of blue. The polished stainless steel bolsters enhance the vibrant colors of the handle.

Please note, this knife does not feature the traditional shepherd’s cross.
